Once a year during the carnival week, our farms in Bressanone invite you to a great spectacle: The ski race “Höfe Gaudi” under floodlights at the ski lift Randötschlift on Mount Plose promises the winner a challenge cup in the form of a rooster. Maybe you have the chance to participate in this event during your great farm holiday in Bressanone. Because not athletic excellence, but fun is paramount. All participants dress up. The farm with the best average time wins and may look forward to receiving the trophy and a product basket – of course from the farm. In the evening, there is steaming mulled wine and donuts.
